IT Support Technician course

​In this course, you will learn the basic and advanced skills required to work as an IT support technician. The course covers the following topics:

The role and responsibility of IT support
Hardware and software for IT support
Network and security for IT support
Troubleshooting and problem solving for IT support
Customer service and communication for IT support

To prepare participants for the role of IT support technician by providing them with basic skills and knowledge.

•    Use hardware and software that support the work of IT support.
•    Configure and maintain network and security for the IT support work environment.
•    Troubleshoot and solve problems that arise in the work of IT support.

The course is suitable for both beginners and those who want to update their knowledge in IT support for private use or career-wise.
This course is aimed at people who want to start or develop their career as an IT support technician.
To participate in the course, you also need to have equivalent courses or participated in AstmirIT  5 online courses.

•    Basic troubleshooting of computer and network problems.
•    Installation and configuration of software and devices.
•    Management of user questions and customer support.
•    Security principles and data management.
•    Duration: 2 weeks, 4 hours per day.
